If somebody needs help right now
Call 911. That is the fastest way to get help to someone, and it is why every alert in the Lanturne app has a Call 911 button, which opens your phone's dialer with the number ready.
We answer messages within about a working day. That is fine for a question about the app, and far too slow for an emergency.
Write to us
A person reads every message, and we usually reply within one working day. If something is not working, or you have a question before you start, we would genuinely like to hear from you. Nobody here minds a question, however small.

If you already use the app, the quickest way is Settings → Help → Contact us. Your app version and your account come along with the message, so you do not have to describe your phone and we can start helping straight away.
Please do not send us your password. We will never ask for it.
