If somebody needs help right now

Call 911. It's the fastest way to get help to someone, and it's why every alert in the Lanturne app has a Call 911 button.

We answer messages in about one working day. That's fine for a question about the app, but far too slow in an emergency.

Write to us

A person reads every message, and we usually reply within one working day. Write to us if something isn't working, or if you have a question before you start. Small questions are fine, and we're glad to hear from you.

So we can reply. We use it for nothing else.
You do not have to be technical. “The watch stopped reporting on Tuesday” is a perfectly good message.

If you already use the app, the quickest way to reach us is Settings → Help → Contact us. Your message then comes with your app version and your account, so you don't have to describe your phone and we can start helping right away.

Please don't send us your password. We'll never ask for it.
