Getting the apps
Lanturne itself is one listing, and it covers both your phone and the watch. Install it on your phone first, then on the watch from the Play Store on the watch itself.
The Lanturne watch face is a separate download and it is optional. It puts a Help button in the middle of the dial, so the wearer never has to go looking for the app.

The short answers
What does it cost? $30 a month or $120 a year, with the first seven days free. One subscription covers three people: you, whoever wears the watch, and one emergency contact.
What do I need? An Android phone for yourself, a Wear OS watch for the person you look after, and an Android phone in the house to take that watch through its first-time setup. There is nothing to buy from us.
Does it work on an iPhone? Not today, and not on an Apple Watch either.
How far away can I be? As far as you like. The watch reports over the internet and the alert comes to your phone wherever it has a connection.
Does Lanturne call 911? No. The alert comes to you and to the contact you name, with no call center in between. Every alert has a Call 911 button that opens your own phone's dialer.
Is it a medical device? No, and it is not an emergency service. It tells you what the watch noticed and leaves the deciding to you.
